Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. -
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and other factors.
USPS & DHL Express
- Economy: Free (for orders $15+) or $4.90 [5-8 business days]
- Standard:: $7.90-$9.90 shipping fee [3-4 business days]
- International: Anywhere between $7.99-$10.99 shipping & handling fee w/ 2.5%, [7–21 business days]

Shipping Carrier
We use reliable carriers to ensure your package is delivered safely. Currently, we ship via USPS and DHL. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package’s journey. -
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier’s website. -
